Overview: The TP Academy is our youth development program built specifically for pre-teens and teenagers. We focus on teaching them how to lift weights safely and effectively, while building confidence, discipline, and body awareness. It's not about pushing them hard—it's about setting the foundation right.
What’s Included:
Education on gym safety, warm-ups, and recovery
Learning the fundamentals: squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls—all with proper technique
Age-appropriate strength and conditioning tailored to their development
Emphasis on building good habits, not just lifting heavy
Who It’s For:
Kids aged 11–15 who want to start strength training the right way, improve sports performance, or simply gain confidence in the gym.
